Cancellation Policy
Appointments cancelled within 24hours of the appointment time will be classed as late cancellations and you are likely to be charged the full session fee. Non attendance of sessions will result in the full fee being applicable too.
Payment is due on the day of the appointment and accepted via cash, BACS or bank transfer if you prefer.
Confidentiality
All information it treated as confidential, with the following exceptions: during supervision – in line with BABCP guidelines - as a means of ensuring good practice. Also we have a statutory obligation to break confidentiality under rare circumstances: if for example we believe the client is of danger to themselves or others or if we believe that a child is at actual risk of physical or sexual abuse. Information is stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act. We are registered with the ICO, the Information Commissioners Office.
