The service aim is to provide effective, high quality, evidence based therapy to clients aged 16 and above living in Suffolk, Norfolk, London or further afield. For clients living further away, online therapy can be offered.
Our therapist Jayne Shears is an experienced psychotherapist who has worked in the NHS for over 15 years supporting individuals with a wide range of emotional difficulties. She has a Post Graduate Diploma in CBT from Oxford University. She is an accredited CBT therapist with the BABCP (British Association of Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies). She has specialised training in trauma, OCD, depression,long term conditions, functional neurological disorder, cardiac rehabilitation, pain, Couples Counselling and Mindfulness. She has a special interest in working with people who have experienced traumatic events, including clients who have been diagnosed with PTSD. She is a fully trained and accredited EMDR practitioner (Eye Movement Desensitisation Reprocessing) and a member of EMDR UK Association.

We accept professional and GP referrals, referrals from many insurance companies for example; Axa Aviva,Cigna and self referrals using our contact form sheet below or calling on the numbers below. Your employer may cover the cost of your sessions for you. Ask them to contact the service directly.
